Refund policy

We want you to love your LumiBella Shop purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Starting a return

Email support@lumibellashop.com with your order number. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Conditions

- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

- For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items can't be resold and aren't eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, including shipping.
